Fat And Its Effect On Diet Pattern

How do I remove it? You can change your lifestyle such as by doing diet and exercise. One of the most recent steps is by applying: Dieta Atkins. Fat triggers, this fat is caused by a combination factors, including poor diet, hormonal changes and certain medications. Bad can trigger a condition known as fatty liver. Although the exact cause is unclear, this disorder is believed to be triggered by excess sugar consumption and omega-6 fatty acids (polyunsaturated fatty acids contained in vegetable oil). This fatty liver interfere the ability of liver in detoxifying main task, breaking the dangerous toxic components such as drugs, pollutants from environment and hormones.

On the other hand, the body is also more depressed because of too much sugar in dieta mediterranea. This condition, combined with stress will cause an increase in blood sugar level. To overcome the excess sugar, your body will produce more insulin. However, the condition of fatty liver makes the liver unable to break down the sugar. As a result, the sugar will be stored as fat in abdominal area. Hormones also increase belly fat. Estrogen hormones tell your body to store fat in pelvic and thighs area. But once the numbers decrease as the aging, the storage area target is shifted to abdominal area. Same with men, men also experienced a decline in testosterone levels.
