This matter can still be increased because the risk of hypertension will increase along with the age.

Information from the Framigham Heart Study which had been doing in a long term shows that lifetime risk from the development of hypertension approximately 90% on 1298 participants that aged between 55 and 65 years, which initially don’t have hypertension. Before starting the therapy, complete information should be collected from the patients. This information can be like family or medical history such as symptoms of disease that damage organs (especially coronary heart disease), renal parenchymal status or other diseases that cause secondary hypertension although there are only 5% of this case. History can also be like exercise habit, food (especially salt), alcohol, and the use of drugs such as steroid, or NSAIDs (NonSteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs).

About the drug therapy, first, you needed to know about that drug contraindicated or detailed history of the patient to disclose the potential effects of anti hypertension specifically on a certain patient. After analyzing the risk factors, consider for giving, stopping or changing the drugs that are routinely which can affect on blood pressure and patients that usually smoking are recommended to quit.

hiv aids HIV AIDSHIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus that causes AIDS by attacking white blood cells called CD4 cells that can damage the human immune system which eventually can not survive from a disease, even with a light disease though. HIV attacks CD4 cells and turns it into a breeding ground of new HIV viruses and then destroys it, so it can not be used again. White blood cells are necessary for the immune system. Without the immune system, we do not have a body protector against a disease. The impact is that we could die only by having cold.

AIDS stands for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, which is the impact or effect of the propagation of the HIV virus inside the human body. The HIV virus needs time to cause the syndrome of AIDS which is deadly and very dangerous. AIDS is caused by the weakening or disappearance of the immune system that had been owned by CD4 cells in the white blood cells which are destroyed by HIV virus. When we are exposed to HIV virus, we are not directly affected by AIDS.

It takes a long time to become AIDS, which is several years to become the deadly AIDS. A person can be HIV positive. Currently there are no drugs, serum or vaccine that can cure people from HIV virus that causes AIDS.

halitosis Strategies To Avoid HalitosisThe cause halitosis can be very simple and direct. Petai beans, jengkol beans, durian fruit, garlic. But because it is not permanently, and the cause is clear, the “patient” was not serious to think about it. Habits of young children putting foreign objects, such as tissue paper, into their nose, is also can cause bacteria to gather on that tissue plug, so that after a while can cause smell. The smell is not always just on the nose, even as if from the entire body.

Kidney disorder can also cause halitosis. The patient has high level of urea, which then circulates in the blood. Through a chemical process, then results that smelly ammonia. This component then entered into the respiratory system. So the smell on the patient’s mouth is little bit smells like ammonia.

On diabetics also, if the blood sugar is uncontrolled and might be higher, it can develop halitosis. It also has typical smell. Halitosis is also caused by unchronic disease. For example, lung disorders. Chronic bronchitis patients with obstruction lung disease which is usually has already occurred secondary infections, usually suffer from halitosis too.
