Avoiding Heart Disease With Routine FitnessAsk anyone and they’ll agree that exercise is an activity that has many positive effects. The everyday routine at the office can be a bore and very tiring. The work problems that appear also trigger chronic illnesses like coronary heart disease. Our inability to control ourselves has made our lives harder and more susceptible of illness.

There are many things we can do to avoid heart disease, one such way is routine exercise. We are advised to do some form of exercise three times a day whenever our schedule allows it.
