Cause of Headache
Some causes of headaches and very offending you can try to notify and avoid that is: First, muscular headaches. Caused by muscle tension or contraction continued in the face and neck muscles, often caused by stress or been too long work at the computer. Generally, pain arises from mild to severe, and it felt like something was pressing the head or neck.
Second, vascular headache, caused by imperfect flows of blood in the brain. Which include the type of vascular headache is migraine; toxic headaches that caused fever or exposure to chemicals such as MSG, insecticides or organic solvents; and cluster headaches that is headaches that attack in groups for several weeks in a month. Not only that, this type of headache is marked by intense pain or piercing feelings on one or both sides of the head.
