HIV-AIDS
HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus that causes AIDS by attacking white blood cells called CD4 cells that can damage the human immune system which eventually can not survive from a disease, even with a light disease though. HIV attacks CD4 cells and turns it into a breeding ground of new HIV viruses and then destroys it, so it can not be used again. White blood cells are necessary for the immune system. Without the immune system, we do not have a body protector against a disease. The impact is that we could die only by having cold.
AIDS stands for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, which is the impact or effect of the propagation of the HIV virus inside the human body. The HIV virus needs time to cause the syndrome of AIDS which is deadly and very dangerous. AIDS is caused by the weakening or disappearance of the immune system that had been owned by CD4 cells in the white blood cells which are destroyed by HIV virus. When we are exposed to HIV virus, we are not directly affected by AIDS.
It takes a long time to become AIDS, which is several years to become the deadly AIDS. A person can be HIV positive. Currently there are no drugs, serum or vaccine that can cure people from HIV virus that causes AIDS.
