The danger of cataracts may not be realized to some people. Cataract is diseased that occurs in the eye where no longer able to see clearly so the image on the retina become hazy. Generally, cataracts occur on elderly and to heal it, are by surgery.
But before that you should know several causes that can occur cataract even though it already mentions that cataract often happens on elderly. Cataract was mostly found in old age, but there are babies who has congenital cataract from a mother that also has cataract.
Besides surgery, cataracts can be avoided by consuming healthy foods, fruits and vegetables.
