The Cause of Migraine
Migraine headache or such as is caused by changes on the levels / body chemical which is called serotonin. Serotonin plays many roles in the body, and serotonin can affect blood artery. When levels of serotonin in the body is high, blood artery will experience a constriction or shrinkage. When serotonin levels is low, the blood artery will experience dilated / dilation (swelling).
Inflammation that occurs can result or cause pain or other problems. There are many things that can affect serotonin levels in the body, including blood sugar level in the body, certain foods and changes of estrogen levels on women.
