The obese people who have very excessive weight can generally be diagnosed simply by looking at the physical. But be aware that the problem of obesity not only affects one’s appearance. As said above the problem of obesity is usually accompanied by other health problems such as diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease and hypertension, cancer, kidney disease, and liver disease that can cause death.

If this excess occurs in the long term, and not balanced with enough activity to burn off excess energy, excess energy eventually will be converted into fat and deposited in fat cells under the skin. As a result the person will become obese. In the beginning was marked by an increase in weight body, when hoarding more and more, anatomical changes occur.
Definition of overweight or obese varies is depend on how we look but generally, obesity is excess body fat which is experienced chronically by a person. At normal condition, the body fat serves as energy reserve, regulating body temperature, as a protection from trauma and other functions.
