Diabetes mellitus or commonly abbreviated as DM is disease the familiar sounds our ears. The disease is also known as urinary diseasee many young and old suffering caused by high levels of sugar in the blood known as hyperglycemia. Lack of insulin in the body resulting in human suffering from this disease.
According to experts, there are three types of diabetes are classified according to its nature; disease insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, DM disease that is not dependent on insulin (for people with thin or fat), and patients are associated with nutritional deficiencies. In addition, there are also associated with DM disease symptoms in certain organs such as the pancreas, it hormonal, chemical substances, abnormalities in insulin, and can also be caused by genetics.

Diabetes Mellitus comes from the Greek word “diabainein” which means transparent or shower and in the Latin is “mellitus“, meaning sweet, that is why diabetes mellitus known as diabetes.
