The disease is also known as urinary diseasee many young and old suffering caused by high levels of sugar in the blood known as hyperglycemia. Lack of insulin in the body resulting in human suffering from this disease.

According to experts, there are three types of diabetes are classified according to its nature; disease insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, DM disease that is not dependent on insulin (for people with thin or fat), and patients are associated with nutritional deficiencies. In addition, there are also associated with DM disease symptoms in certain organs such as the pancreas, it hormonal, chemical substances, abnormalities in insulin, and can also be caused by genetics.

But be aware that the problem of obesity not only affects one’s appearance. As said above the problem of obesity is usually accompanied by other health problems such as diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease and hypertension, cancer, kidney disease, and liver disease that can cause death.

Overweight or obesity due to consumption of foods that exceed the needs of Nutrient Adequacy Score per day. If this excess occurs in the long term, and not balanced with enough activity to burn off excess energy, excess energy eventually will be converted into fat and deposited in fat cells under the skin. obesity didyoudiet Disease and The Potential of ObesityDefinition of overweight or obese varies is depend on how we look but generally, obesity is excess body fat which is experienced chronically by a person. At normal condition, the body fat serves as energy reserve, regulating body temperature, as a protection from trauma and other functions.

Ideally, women’s body consists of 25 – 30% fat, while on men 18 – 23%. When the body fat exceeds more than 30% on women and 25% on men then that person could be categorized as fat or obese. The easy way to calculate the obesity is to compare the height (m) with weight (kg) or known as the Body Mass Index (BMI). Apart from cosmetic problem, obesity is a serious health issue.

In America, there are 300,000 deaths per year that caused by obesity factor. Obesity can lead to serious chronic diseases such as: Insulin Resistance. Insulin allows the body to deliver the glucose as a fuel for energy formation into the cells. By moving the glucose into the cells then the insulin would keep the levels of blood sugar to normal level.

Diabetes Mellitus is a disease which level of sugar inside someone’s blood becomes high because sugar inside the blood can’t be used by the body properly.

Increase of blood sugar can be caused by:

* The insulin hormones are reduced
* Sensitivity decreases of insulin hormones
* Stress

Stress can aggravate the health conditions of diabetic, therefore it is expected that stress management is performed during the time of healing and treatment. These things are presented by Reza Gunawan in the workshop of “Stress Management in diabetes
