In fact, a positive outlook about life is one of the most important things that we can do to maintain brain health and always is ready to use.

How we look ourselves, how we perceive the world around us, and how we interact with other people can be a big impact on our health entirely and of course our brains too. The good news is that all the things above can be perfectly within our control. No matter what challenges we are against of, we can choose to start each day by looking at the glass filled half full, rather than half empty glass.

Continous research about lifestyle factors of those who are sharp / well in a psychiatric or mentally at old age shows that good feelings, both about ourselves and have self-esteem and effectiveness in life which in terms of experts are sometimes called with self-efficacy (the success of self), are the success pillars of elderly to adapt or adjust themselves with challenges in their life.

It is also requires also to maintain control over our lives and feel as if we contribute and participate to the family and our society. This thing concludes a psychological and sociological demonstration which have been long known: as we get older, we are tend to have fewer negative emotions, and we are more likely to remember positive emotional stimulation.

In other words, older people often leave negative things, while focusing on the positives.

Walking maintain brain health, besides making our bodies healthy, walking also can keep the brain functioning at its optimum performance, reducing the possibility of aging which related to mental damage. This can be possible by reducing the risk of diseases such as stroke, heart disease, and diabetes, which can affect blood circulation to the brain, and also because by walking can increase blood circulation to the brain as well as reducing blood pressure. In addition, walking with friends and enjoy soothing natural effect also helps to keep your brain stimulated and younger.

Some other benefits of walking are: reducing the possibility of falling and fractures because it increases muscle strength and coordination; increase stamina; reduce the risk of colon cancer, and reduce debilitating effects of degenerative joint disease.

To obtain maximum benefit from walking, it is recommended to walk as fast as you can. When you walk fast, your heart will work harder rather than just usual walk or static, but without pulse / uncomfortably fast pounding, and your breathing also will be deeper.
