Gaster Disease And Its Cause

Gaster disease is commonly accompanied by bloating because the high level of gastric acid, also causes increased of acid gas level in the stomach, then the stomach becomes bloated. A step to take medication is correct if it is in the right dose, but remember gaster drugs should not be drink more than 6 times in a day. To overcome gaster disease, you should be careful with the foods / drinks that can increase stomach acid levels, and also that causes gas.

Spicy foods, oily and bitter vegetables can increase stomach acid production, therefore, you should avoid spicy food, oily and bitter herbs as long as you still feel the gaster pain. If you feel that gaster disease cause symptoms such as heat burn in headache, it means your gaster disease is severe enough. You should immediately consult your doctor right away for quick treatment.
