Indeed, brush is like comb, so probably there are people who do not realize the difference between comb and brush. Especially both of them are use on our hair, so probably considered as the same thing. The difference is brush actually used to shape the hair or making hair style. While comb simply just used to straighten up the hair.
Basically, choosing the right comb can be classified based on hair style (straight or curly), length, and desired effect that we want. Here are several types of comb which you can use: Tooth Comb, this type is commonly used. This type is easy to carry because it has straight and flat shaped with a series of tooth. Men are also usually carrying this comb in their pocket. Based on its tooth, this comb can be divided into two types, close tooth comb and scarce tooth comb. The usage can be adjusted to hair density, type and length.
Tail Comb. This type has function to tease up the hair. Therefore, this comb is usually called Tail Comb. Half part of it has close tooth, while the other half doesn’t have tooth which shaped like tail. This tail also has function to separate the hair or split it to form braid, curly or other hair style. This close tooth will ease to tease up the hair before wearing a hair bun.
