In addition, walking with friends and enjoy soothing natural effect also helps to keep your brain stimulated and younger.

Some other benefits of walking are: reducing the possibility of falling and fractures because it increases muscle strength and coordination; increase stamina; reduce the risk of colon cancer, and reduce debilitating effects of degenerative joint disease.
