LOW BACK PAIN Recognize Low Back PainLow Back Pain (LBP) is a pain that occurs at the bottom of the waist area and can spread to the legs, especially on the back and outer side. This complaint can be so great that a person is experiencing difficulty in any movement until have to rest and hospitalize. This low back pain was at the second place as a common thing after headache. In the United States more than 80% of the population has been complained about low back pain.

Considering that low back pain is actually just a symptom, then the most important thing is to find causal factors so that can be given proper treatment. Basically, that pain arouse because the pressure on the edge nervous of the waist area (pinched nerve). Clamping on this nerve can occur because of interference on the muscles and surrounding tissue, interference with the nerve itself, spinal disorders and disorders at other places, such as infection or kidney stones and others.

Muscle spasm (muscle strain) is the largest cause of LBP. This spasm may occur due to sudden movements of the waist or too excessive beyond the muscle ability. In addition, the spine calcification around the waist which is causing nerve pinching, can also cause severe back pain.
