According to a study at the University of California, San Francisco, exercise can work on a certain level in order to reverse the adverse effects of stress on the aging process.

The researchers found that women who do physical activity for about 45 minutes for three days have fewer cells that are experiencing the aging signs compared to women with the same stress level but not active or not exercising regularly. Exercise also helps to change the blood flow to the brain areas which involved in relieving the stress.

However, people often go to the doctor when they already experience severe throat inflammation. In fact, they often go to see the doctor when they are no longer able to swallow food. Throat inflammation is actually not a disease name. It is just a symptom from various diseases that arise.
