Some examples of chronic diseases are cancer, diabetes, asthma and arthritis. Those who suffer from chronic illness may feel annoyed, frustrated or depressed because of their health condition. There are a few tips that are available to help manage chronic disease in the elderly. First we need to maintain proper nutrition of patients.
