The Importance of Sleep For Elderly
A myth says that older people doesn’t have to sleep much. Seven to 8 hours of sleep is a normal amount of time to sleep for most adults, though some people may need to sleep at least 5 hours or perhaps until 10 hours. When we reach old age, according to a national institution of stroke and neurological problems, generally, we are requiring same amount of sleep as we are adults or early age.
When the sleep pattern is change, sleep disorder and when you woke up feel weak, fatigue, tired are not part of becoming old or normal old ages. Nevertheless, most people aged over 65, reported that there’s a sleep disorder, compared to about 15% of the adult population.
