Sleep Disorders On WomenWomen mostly often experience sleep disturbances, menstrual problems, menopause and pregnancy problems makes women is difficult to enjoy sleep. Research shows half of all women complain that menstrual cramps and bloating disturbing their sleep for 2 days in a month. Kila heat (hot flushes) during menopause disrupts sleep 5 days in a month.

More than half of pregnant women or who had just given birth said they nap at least once a day during the week or at the end of week. Many women admitted drink caffeine to stay awake after having a bad night sleep.

However, experts advise you to stay away from coffee, soda and other caffeinated beverages. The best way to get a good night’s sleep, according to experts, is to exercise during the day and relax yourself before going to bed. Nap is not recommended.
