Today, beauty product manufacturers often choose eksfoliator from hard objects such as crushed shells, nuts, or seeds. Soak with Warm Water, soaking in warm water can make us relax, comfortable and fresh which often makes us lazy to get out of the bathroom.
And because of this enjoyable feeling, you probably do not realize that this action is not good for the skin health. Soaking for too long in hot water would erode the lipid layer which is the binding layer that keeps the skin cells remain damp. Although the lipid layer will be formed again after a few hours, but you need to know that during this process the body’s humidity will be lost in considerable amounts.
