woman Maintaining Your SkinGenerally, both man and woman should maintain their skin from a variety of disturbances. Actions that should be done are like these following :

• Wash your hands before touching your face.

• Do the skin cleansing in the morning and in the evening: Need to be done at night – even though you had no makeup, because the face is easily tainted by pollution. It should also be conducted in the morning, because your skin is removing fat and dirt at night.

• At night, take the time to massage the skin to stimulate the circulation exchange of the cells on the skin. Gently massage for two minutes can eliminate fatigue, relaxing the face and give the brightness of the skin.

• Protect the skin properly, especially if you travel frequently.

• Drink a lot of water.

For dry skin:

• Give the pleasure every time.

• Change the type of the skin care products according to season, climate, and your lifestyle: air-conditioned environment, outdoor life.

• Start using anti-aging care products, as soon as signs of aging are appear. This thing often happens faster for your skin type (especially around the eye).

• Avoid bathing with hot water, it is better to use the bath oil.
