Preventing Stretchmarks
The skin is a very sensitive organ. We’ve often been advised to protect and maintain skin health and moisture. Stretchmarks is the name for the skin condition where theskin appears rou gh and unhealthy. This may not have any physical dangers but it can have a great effect on your confidence.
There are many ways to prevent stretchmarks: make it a habit to massage your skin with gloves, brush them using a soft-brush to increase circulation to your skin, and you can also apply lotion on your skin and consume foods high in vitamins C and E.
